How a subscriber group reaches quorum

BrickPact · 3 Jul 2026

Quorum is the point at which a forming group has enough committed subscribers to proceed to legal structuring. Here is how it works — and why nothing is rushed.

A forming project publishes a minimum number of subscribers required before it can proceed. Until that quorum is reached, no commitments are called.

No urgency mechanics There are no countdowns and no "only 3 left" prompts. Speed is never rewarded. Subscribers express interest, attend a briefing, and review the documents at their own pace.

What happens at quorum Once the minimum is reached, legal structuring begins with named professional oversight. Contributions are called only afterwards, through the documented legal route — never through the platform.

BrickPact is a co-development structuring platform. It does not provide loans, hold project funds, or process investment payments. All figures are indicative estimates. Participation is subject to legal documentation and independent professional advice.
