Your data subject rights

  • Right of access — to obtain confirmation of, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data in defined circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to restrict or object — to limit or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to complain — to lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.

Responding to requests

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
