Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This document is a template prepared for review. It must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before launch and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the BrickPact platform (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
BrickPact is a co-development structuring platform. It organizes groups of buyers and private participants around real estate development opportunities and coordinates professional structuring, documentation, and governance. The Platform does not provide loans, hold project funds, or process investment payments.
3. No advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All figures are indicative estimates. You should obtain independent professional advice before participating in any project.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Participation and legal documentation
Participation in any project is subject to separate legal documentation between you and the relevant project structure. Those documents, not the Platform, govern your rights and obligations. The Platform is not a party to funding, ownership, or return arrangements.
6. No custody of funds
The Platform does not hold, custody, or transmit project funds. Funding follows a project’s legal entity, escrow arrangement, or direct contractual route as defined in the project documentation.
7. Fees
Where applicable, BrickPact is compensated through origination, coordination, and related structuring fees, disclosed in connection with the relevant project. Fees do not represent an investment in or return from any project.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse, misrepresentation, or attempts to compromise the Platform are prohibited.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to BrickPact Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content except as expressly permitted.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickPact Platform disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from participation in real estate development, which involves significant risk including partial or total loss of contributed capital.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law specified at launch by BrickPact Platform, to be confirmed by qualified counsel.
