Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply to your use of the BrickPact platform. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Permitted use

You may use the Platform to explore opportunities, request access to project rooms, review documentation, and coordinate participation in accordance with the applicable legal structure and documentation.

Prohibited conduct

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
  • Using the Platform to solicit funds outside a project’s approved legal structure.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting Platform content without authorisation.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.

Content standards

Any content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You are responsible for the documents and information you upload and for ensuring you have the right to share them.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, removing content, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

BrickPact is a co-development structuring platform. It does not provide loans, hold project funds, or process investment payments. All figures are indicative estimates. Participation is subject to legal documentation and independent professional advice.
